Caterpillar to Butterfly

I found this little story in internet written by unknown person.. I wanted to share this story.. So I am posting it here...

Just when the caterpillar thought the world was over, it became a *BUTTERFLY*

"A man found a cocoon of a butterfly. One day a small opening appeared. He sat and watched the butterfly for several hours as it struggled to force its body through that little hole. Then it seemed to stop making any progress. It appeared as if it had gotten as far as it could, and it could go no further.
So the man decided to help the butterfly. He took a pair of scissors and snipped off the remaining bit of the cocoon.
The butterfly then emerged easily. But it had a swollen body and small, shriveled wings.
The man continued to watch the butterfly because he expected that, at any moment, the wings would enlarge and expand to be able to support the body, which would contract in time.
Neither happened! In fact, the butterfly spent the rest of its life crawling around with a swollen body and shriveled wings. It never was able to fly.
What the man, in his kindness and haste, did not understand was that the restricting cocoon and the struggle required for the butterfly to get through the tiny opening were God's way of forcing fluid from the body of the butterfly into its wings so that it would be ready for flight once it achieved its freedom from the cocoon.
Sometimes struggles are exactly what we need in our lives. If God allowed us to go through our lives without any obstacles, it would cripple us.
We would not be as strong as what we could have been. We could never fly!

I asked for Strength.........
And God gave me Difficulties to make me strong.
I asked for Wisdom.........
And God gave me Problems to solve.
I asked for Prosperity.........
And God gave me Brain and Brawn to work.
I asked for Courage.........
And God gave me Danger to overcome.
I asked for Love.........
And God gave me Troubled people to help.
I asked for Favors.........
And God gave me Opportunities.
I received nothing I wanted ........
I received everything I needed!
Trust in God. Always.

Lessons of Life

Recently, I went to a marriage function. We all know functions are meant to enjoy but in our life we should observe things around us. As I always do, I was observing my environment. I saw a man who was visually challenged in that function. Let me mention him as SIR.

SIR was just a guest like me to that function. He was accompanied by a person, who was not very caring about him. I was watching them from the moment they entered the hall. The person accompanied made SIR to sit in a chair and as soon as he sat, that person went away. SIR thinking that the man was near him, he was speaking alone. And when he didn't get any response he realized that no one was around him. His face went sad. This incident created a pain in my heart. I felt something bad inside.
How it would have hurt my SIR? How lonely HE would have felt?
How those people can acquaint with others? How they live? Their life is strange.

Speaking about all physically Challenged people,
Every day is a battle for them. And they have to win their battle everyday for their survival.
They are rightly named as "Differently Enabled".

Just imagine the confidence these people should have.
We are still grumbling on silly things, and blowing our own trumpets. There are many things we are unaware of. Life has lots to teach and we have lots to learn.

Instead of considering some famous person who is not acquainted with us, we all should consider these DIFFERENTLY ENABLED people as our Inspiration. It will give us confidence to achieve things in life.

Also, we should thank God for giving us the best even before we have asked him and we should use them properly.

When we meet a failure in our life, its not an END, its just a BEND.
These physically challenged people are transforming impossible to Possible, after all the word Impossible itself says I'm Possible.

My favourite childhood song

Hi, I'm now here with my favourite Childhood song.. In my school, from first to fourth std., we had a special period for singing and dancing classes.. Even in Those days I was interested in singing rather than dancing.. Master Charles used to come to our class with my favourite musical instrument Keyboard(Piano) [I had a great passion towards learning it.. silly girl! Dad didn't find time to join me to a musical class].
Sir used to teach us many songs and we all little Brats used to sing those in chorus..

So from my 1st std I have few of those songs as my all time favourite.. one of those songs is "Colours of Day.." Its Lyrics are

"Colours of day dawn into the mind,
The sun has come up, the night is behind.
Go down in the city, into the street,
And let's give the message to the people we meet

So light up the fire and let the flame burn,
Open the door, let Jesus return,
Take seeds of His Spirit, let the fruit grow,
Tell the people of Jesus, let His love show.

Open your eyes, look into the sky,
The darkness has come, the sun came to die,
The evening draws on, the sun disappears,
But Jesus is living, His Spirit is near."

This song is my All time favourite.. Its music composition.. hmmm.. awesome.. Whenever I'm lonely I sing this song, I get peace of mind.. I remember this song from my first standard means can you'll feel the melody of this song which has impressed me for years..

I have added these pictures just to link the song Colours of DAY.. I mean Colours of Nature..

The other song is..
"Be strong and courageous
for the lord is by your side!
Do not be discouraged
Do not be afraid"
What a Song! this self confidence developing song was taught to us in that age itself..

The other one is , "Peace is Flowing like a River..."

My list extends with many wonderful songs like these.. :-)

I still have my song note with me.. Ah!! can only recall those sweet memories left behind.. Its Really Good to sit in a silent place and think of my school days..
"Time and Tide waits for none".. Isn't it !!!

I thank all My blog visitors and those who give compliments for my work.. Its Encourages Me a lot.. Please do encourage me..

Colours on The Sky

Hi, I'm Back with a new experience.. This is similar to my previous one but This time its not the moon, Its Rainbow.. On july 10th evening it was Drizzling outside and the climate was very cool.. Suddenly My Friend Kalaivani messaged me " come out and look into the sky". I realized there was something special and went out.. The clouds arrangement was different.. But I was wondering whether my friend meant this or something else so I asked her what's so special.. She Replied "Rainbow in Different Colours"...

As soon as I saw this message I went to terrace of My house.. I was searching for the Rainbow keeping in mind it will be in 'Bow' shape.. All of a sudden when I looked into the sky.. Wow... I saw the Rainbow.. But the thing is it was not in any shape.. The colours were scattered... It was Awesome.. Different Colours were there..

I had my mobile in hand, I sent message to my friends for them to view the wonderful scene.. only some of my friends saw the msg and immediately viewed it.. I don't know the scientific reason of why the rainbow was like that.. but still I enjoyed a Lot.. I was on Cloud Nine When I saw that scene..

The posted photos were taken by me.. from the photos some may think there is a mountain there.. It is Thick Cloud.. I want all My blog Vistors to Enjoy that show thro this.. I thank God for giving me an opportunity to view a wonderful scene like this...

Moon and Venus- A Rare View

On 16th evening I was leisurely walking in veranda of my home.. suddenly when I looked into the sky I was Amazed by a rare view of Moon.. Crescent Moon was there and A bright twinkling star was below it.. It was a wonderful scene for all sky-watchers.. I called my mom and showed it.. then sent a msg to all my friends whom nos I had to make a view of it.. Many sent me a reply msg that they have enjoyed the scene.. but few saw my msg late only and missed it.. I also insisted my brother to view it and if possibly to take photograph as he had a high resolution camera.. I wished to take a photograph but I couldn't... it was something like diamond ring effect.. When I saw that crescent Moon I Felt the feelings of William Wordsworth when he saw 'The Daffodils'..

the above are the images downloaded from Net... u know the scene was just like 'a dhrishti pottu kept for moon'...

The next day morning It was cited in 'The Hindu' as "waxing crescent moon and venus".. Then only I realised that the star was Planet Venus.. This is because of Science that Moon came exactly in centre of Earth and Venus.. actually 14th itself many newspapers published about this it seems.. but many didn't knew..
The pic cited at 'the hindu' was also really good..

Anyhow it was a good treat for me...Don't no how long it will take for the same good scene to be put on sky.. Thank God for wonderful Creations... :-)

computer uses Kitchen

Having a blog here to register my activities.. I would like to post some valuable memories of my school days.. this is a funny one.. It was the Time wen I was in 4th std. we had computer science subject.. During that Exam I was so tensed for no reason.. It was like we didn't have question papers. Master Charles was dictating the questions and we had to write answers immediately(like fill ups, one words)..
He dictated the question "Where will the Computer store its data or information?".. obviously everyone knows that the ans is "Memory"., but I wrote the answer "KITCHEN".. ;-)
'Wat an absurd answer ! '
when he was distributing the papers, he told that in front of everyone and all started laughing.. i felt so guilty at dat time.. but now each time when I remember that I laugh at myself :-)

I ll try to recall all my funny memories and put up here as I get it...
